"Beauty out of a Rocky Place"

This weeks image  depicts a tulip growing out of rocks. It seems especially relevant as we embark on a further episode of restrictions across the country in response to the rise of Covid-19 cases. Although it is a hard time good can grow up out of our difficulties, opportunities we wouldn't have had can be an offshoot of our suffering. Although none of us would choose a difficult path it can bring a sense of hope through our hardships. Without my own trauma I wouldn't have been able to reach out to others, while I wouldn't choose it there is a sense of purpose and nothing is wasted. I pray that may also be a source of hope for others.
