Refund policy

You have 14 days from receipt to notify John G Nicholls Art & Design if you wish to cancel or exchange an item.

Unless faulty the following items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made to your specific requirements.

The buyer is responsible for paying the cost of return postage.
